When I perform close up magic in a drinks reception or around the tables, whatever the event or occasion, your guests will enjoy a wide range of magic and sleight of hand that will usually include the use of playing cards, ropes, rings, coins, keys and the occasional specially designed prop for good measure!

Absolutely! Close up magic is a very interactive form of entertainment. It can be as visual and immediate, or deep and as fascinating as is required at any given moment for any group of individuals. It's magic that bridges any age gap!

It is standard practice for entertainers to have public liability insurance as required by most good venues. As a professional entertainer I have full public liability insurance, a copy of which is available upon request or it can also be viewed here:
Most definitely! Close up magic is a very interactive form of entertainment that can be as visual and immediate or as deep and fascinating as is required at any given moment for any group of individuals. Entertainment that bridges any age gap!

It really makes no difference, especially where close up magic is concerned as it is suitable for virtually any situation or environment. If you were looking for more of a "stage" performance then I might need to know the size of the room and what the layout will be on the night etc.

Up to 2 hours for most events, such as a wedding, corporate dinner or fair sized party or special occasion.
Sometimes 3 hours for longer events with more guests attending and longer still for an all-day event where there is a continuous flow of people or a very large number expected.
For smaller more intimate parties it could be that an hour to 90 minutes may be all that you require. I'm always happy to give you my suggestion based on guest numbers and any other information that you may feel is relevant.
